My problem is that while I was playing minecraft normally, my computer crashed and now my saved world doesn't appear on my world list. If you can help me with this problem I would appreciated very much. :biggrin.gif: Here is my saved world: http://www.mediafire.com/?c3jlrus41wtrduy

something like that happened to me, my computer crashed and the world i was in disapered from the menu, but it was still in the minecraft save file, if this is the same for you all you need to do is create a new world in the slot where your old world was and even though its a "new"world all your stuff like buildings and chests will still be there, the only thing that changes are you will have a new spawn point, your inventory will be empty (but items in chests will still be there) and any new generated map will not line up with the old map. Now to find your base if you cant see it right away i would suggest making something like a big cobblestone square, going into cartograph and makeing a map of your world, then use that to find ur base.
Thx guys for your suggestions but I already fixed it. I just deleted the level.dat and rename the level.dat_old to level.dat and it got fixed! :biggrin.gif:
