1. Go to the start menu
2. (Windows XP only) Click "Run..."
3. Type 'dxdiag' into the box or if you use Windows 7 or Vista, just type it into the search box on the start menu (without quotation marks)
4. If a pop-up starts talking about WHQL stuff just click Yes
5. A Window should pop up with a list of stuff like BIOS and Processor etc.
6. Type out the information for BIOS
7. There is a tab strip at the top saying: System, DirectX Files, Display... click Display
8. Type out the "Name" information shown in the top left corner
9. Post this information
10. WAIT FOR A REPLY - DO NOT BUMP
