Do you speak Latin fluently because it’s your native tongue? Most likely not, because the Roman Empire has been gone for about 1,500 years.
Loquerisne Latine eloquens quia lingua tua indigenus est? Fortassis non, quia Imperium Romanum absens pro circa annos 1,500 fuit.
But what if you wanted to relive the Roman Empire? What if you wanted to speak like a Roman did back in the days of old? The Latin language pack will allow you to do that (well, it doesn’t teach you Latin, but you could probably learn some names of things)
Sed quid si Imperium Romanum vivere rursus vis? Quid si loqui sicut Romanus locutus est in illa praeterita vis? Sarcina lingua Latina te illud facere sinet.
I’ve translated the entire game into Latin over the span of about three and a half days using Wiktionary, Google Translate, Latin dictionary apps, and my basic knowledge of Latin. It was really difficult because, as you know, Latin obviously doesn’t have as many words as English. Some things have some awkward and long names, but there’s nothing else I could’ve really done.
Interpretatus sum ludum unIversum in tria et dimidius dies et usus sum et Wiktionary et Google Translatio et glossaria Latina et scientia mea de Latina. Difficilis est quia, ut scis, lingua Latina evidenter verba ut lingua Anglica non habet. Aliquid res nomina absurda et longa habent, sed nihil facerim.
Anyway, all the text you see in the game will be in Latin once you get this language pack. Of course, mods won’t be translated.
Omnis scripturae quae vides in ludo erit in lingua Latina ut primum haec sarcinam linguam impetras. Scilicet, modficationes versus non erit.
Please inform me if there are any mistranslations because I do study Latin only as a hobby and I’m not exactly very good with the syntax and such.
Quaeso, indica me si translationes corruptae sunt quia linguam Latinam disco tantum sicut oblectatio et bonus non sum **** constructione verborum et talis.
I hope someone reads this and makes a "More Potions" mod.
