Wow! Faster than 97% of the United States! It is also slower than 97% of professional Servers in the United States!
Sorry...but those are not amazing connection speeds for a professional server. 99% of Minecraft hosts use a 1gbps port, meaning speeds of up to 1000Mb/s. I'm sorry...but it will most likely bottleneck customers, especially when(if) you have 20+ customers on a machine.
To anyone looking for a server with them:
1. You will most likely have issues with this hosts hardware/connection
2. Look at their site...wait...they don't have one. They have a server website...with a thread...
3. They are most likely not a registered company.
All in all, I would not recommended them. Sorry to have to say that, but I am just letting the newbs of server hosting out there know this, to avoid scamming. By all means, buy from them if you wish, but you will get what you paid for.

We're able to offer you a 2GB server for $19.99/mo, or $9.98/mo with the coupon code CHICAGO50 in Chicago. This would mean 2 servers for the price of one. Our Dedicated IP prices are $1.99/mo per IP, so $3.98/mo for two of them (and then $1.99/mo again for both, because of CHICAGO50). While no host can guarantee 100% uptime, we can guaratee at least 99% uptime, and we compensate for downtime as well.
To run this though, we use our Intel Xeon E3-1230v2 (or v3) as they show a great performance increase over the E5 processors, however the E3-1270 or 1240 just doesn't show us a performance upgrade worth paying extra for. We also utulize Solid State Drives and 1gbps uplink ports.
We offer even more features through our Multicraft controlpanel, famously known for it's ease-of-use and big amount of configuration capabilities for the user. We also offer full FTP access within the panel itself, or through a 3rd party client such as FileZilla or WinSCP. Through the FTP access, you can upload files such as custom .jar files, modpacks and plugins.

I honestly don't think you know your way around completely.
A 100mbps port is a completely fine speed to be in. Minecraft will most of the time not notice the difference between 100mbps and 1000mbps/1gbps. A full node, 32GB of RAM, with an average of around 18 players on every server (around 17 servers), uses 50mbps on average. Barely pops above 100mbps. I'm not sure where you got the "99% of Minecraft hosts use 1gbps port" from, however that's completely false. Many, I'll include big hosts, use 100mbps uplinks and are completely fine with it.
As well as that, you complain about their hardware not being up to the standards, I don't exactly know what your standards are, however if they run what the claim, which is E3 and/or E5 processors on their nodes, they won't bottleneck unless they oversell.
Please look up your facts before bashing hosts. It'll look bad when what you say isn't correct.
TO THE OP:
I use Shockbyte for my servers, and they are amazing. Great connection to EU, US and AUS, as well as good TPS. I highly recommend them.
I am the Server Manager for HydraRealms. I am looking for a new Server host that will fullfill a couple of my requests.
My Requests:
Feel free to contact me on Skype (Bigwheels93)
Hope I can find the right fit.
Thanks
