I just found a Hosting Company, And I ping their test server by adding their server on my minecraft server list, and its ping isa 400+ ms.
And I join the server and test the connection, (like sending a chat message) I it was only 0.5 seconds delay. And even mining dirt, it was less lag.
But how did they do that?
