Any village generated with the most recent snapshot will have the a mixture of potatoes, carrots and wheat growing in the village's farmland. It isn't specific to villages generated on superflat worlds.

Also, *potato
I was saying the worldtype needed to be superflat to use the seed.
(It's needs to be super-flat)

I fail to see your point.
On most servers, once a single player gets something and farms it, everyone has it.
someone on my server got 2 mooshrooms, and now everyone has a pen full of them. Same for melons and cocoa beans.
Even if they made carrots as rare as possible and only found in dungeon chests, one player would find one, farm them, and distribute.
