Also, endermen MOVE blocks, they don't destroy them...
Simply look around your castle walls for those few blocks of precious cobblestone that were so unfortunately moved.

If, by some freak chance the usual nonsense I generate seems to help you, there's a nice shiny green + button to tell me that I'm doing the right thing
Survival/Adventure difficulty seems like a very strange difficulty name.
Peaceful makes sense, but why would notch make a difficulty with that name?
...yeah, just like they did with creepers.
I'm still trying to get Mojang to let us disable creeper explosions.
Creepers destroy your blocks/turn them into pick up able blocks, Enderman move them around.
Logically, Enderman would be easier to deal with, then Creepers.
I don't blame you, unless you were being sarcastic.
I want Creeper explosions to only kill you at full health on Hard difficulty, besides, why have a hard difficulty otherwise? :smile.gif:
I don't know. I haven't play Minecraft in awhile. Seriously, Notch, Shears, really?

I have Asperger's Syndrome, a mental disorder of the Autistic Spectrum, apologies in advance if my posts seem a bit off.
Thank you! Someone who actually has a brain! I just hate it when people are like "OH NOEZ GUYZZZZZ, STOP PLAYING MC BCUZ ENDERMEN CAN DESTROY EVERYTHING YOU MAKE! STOP PLAYING NOW!!!!!!!!!" It makes me lose faith in humanity. How stupid do people think Mojang is? If Endermen actually did that, why not make an unkillable mob that has the default skin with white eyes? Then at least people would stop making posts saying that Mojang is stupid for making Endermen this way...

Dougs operate in the distance, and all that moving blocks around stuff is going to accumulate when unnoticed, like a garden of mushrooms.
Don't yet. Wait until you have some experience here and then start making your own contributions. Otherwise, everyone will flame you because they think your thread is stupid.

Ah, someone who actually knows that endermen aren't just a grieftastical new mob. I was getting tired of the "OMG TEH ENDERMEN R GUNNA RECK MAH HOUSE! I ARE GUNNA STUP PLAYING MC NAOW!!!!!1!!!!!1!!!!1111!!!!111!!!11!"
Seriously, though. So far we've only seen pictures of the endermen holding dirt, grass, and sand. No pics of them holding stone, or cobble, or any of the other eleven billion blocks out there.
I hope they do move player blocks. What's the point if they are just moving random blocks, but not yours? How is that at ALL threatening? The point is for them to be able to get to you, even when you are in a safe little home. It's for FEAR. If you don't like it, don't play a scary game, or play on PEACEFUL. Or try to convince Notch to have this for only Easy mode. And don't say "Oh, they should only be able to move blocks on Hard mode." No, you're a wimp if you say that. Most people play on Normal mode, and therefore the ACTUAL GAME should be on Normal mode, not the WIMPED OUT version.
am i the only one that watched the PAX videos? Notch clearly said they will only move the orignial blocks on the map and they will make strange features with them

Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself
"Where the **** is my ceiling?!"

I bet the strange structure is... (insert NAZI sign)
I'd prefer if they did remove user-placed blocks and natural blocks. It would make Minecraft a little more interesting.
Oh, and if you don't want your buildings and/or towns to be altered by the Enderman simply built a moat around them with a piston powered bridge.. Encderman die in water.
Yes, they're weak as water but can one hit you. A few diamond sword hits should drop 'em.
No diamonds? They're weak as water, run into some and endermen start taking a bunch of damage, be wary that if they come out of it the won't continue to be damaged like in lava.
Besides, having these things invincible would be pretty ridiculous.

...Well it looks good on paper.

Why do you think he's making a Creative Mode? Derp.
I agree.
If people want the building aspect play peaceful or 'creative mode'.

Endermen are black, and there' gonna be farmable watermelons now D:

Thus, I agree with the OP.
I disapprove.

We need to have a stickied thread titled "***** ABOUT PEOPLE BITCHING". It'd solve 90% of the problems on this board.
Hello, ever heard of Aether?
Skyroot tools ONLY get double blocks from GENERATED terrain, and NOT player placed blocks.
If it was possible with Aether, it is possible in vanilla.
