Biased poll. Don't vote on it until it's fixed.
Installed 1 mod - optifine. May install a mod to prevent enderman picking up any blocks, Notch is stupid that way - see enderman timelapse video. It still applies to a degree even with the nerf.

They only pick up natural blocks right? Unless you make dirt houses I don't see why this would be a problem.

Don't want to turn this into enderman thread so the last comments I'll make is that they still destroy the natural terrain over time and I hate maintenance. Haven't installed the mod yet, just considering it. I don't see how the block moving adds any value to the game, they don't use the blocks to make any interesting structures which I think [no source] was once an idea of Notch's.

It does make them kinda scary, but no longer because they don't attack trees and place the block on the ground, signifying they had been there.
Yes, especially if you consider texture packs mods. I like my grass green, not grey, black or blue. I use a mod that reverts the swamps back to 1.8 style green instead of 1.0 hardcoded/no transition ick. Also use Too Many Items, Better Than Wolves, and the retro sounds mod. But I can live without those. Apparently for me, the graphics do matter

Stupid people say stupid things. Sometimes smart people say stupid things too. It's when the stupid people say smart things that life gets interesting.
I installed YogBox a few days ago.
Best mod compilation EVER!
I don't need mods to enjoy Minecraft, but there is only so much to do before it starts to get repetitive. Mods alleviate that feeling of repetitiveness.
only mo creatures and tales of kingdoms on normal worlds then il have specifec worlds fot mods such as y mocreeps world buildcraft etc etc i like to have a sense of order in my worlds

i bigal2k643 fully suport davy crockett he is stronger then chuck norris and will take down trolls(btw bring back crystal pepsi)
I haven't used a lot of mods (only mo creatures, millainre, optifine, and tales of kingdoms) and the mods are only there to add something to the game. The terrain generation post 1.8 have become really boring and there aren't really amazing seeds.
But i keep millinare off unless i want to screw around with he villages, and i uninstalled tales.
So in regards to the poll, it would be the third option (kinda). I use mods but i don't need them to enjoy the game.
I have yet to ever use a mod. I'll browse them and I came very close to trying Mo Creatures, but I feel most of them add TOO much. I'm fine with Minecraft the way it is, and I like most of the additions :smile.gif:
I can't play it without my favorite texture pack though :tongue.gif:
I usually use at least 1 mod at any given time but I often play without them because as much valuable fun is added, I do not find them a complete necessity.
Users lack the mental capacity to have intelligent discussion, and mods lack the mental capacity to make intellegent decisions... I give up trying to share my intelligence with the world.

...in a manner depriving me of an inertial reference frame.
Hey look it's that guy who believed plane crashes were real.
OT. I use them sometimes.
