Since this is the adventure update I think there should be more support for the people that create adventure maps.
- Be able to place mobs that WILL spawn in that place every time the map is played.
- Invisible triggers. Eg: when you reach the middle of a bridge, some TNT explodes. Triggers would be invisible and require no red stone wire
- Books or some sort of way of showing text to the player, other than signs
- Limit player interaction, making he unable to destroy certain blocks
- Invisible walls. Like on many, many, many games, these are used to stop the player from going into unwanted areas
I think players should have the option of turning the hunger system on or off before they create a new world, incase they don;t want to play that way. Sure their will be mods for it, but having an in-game function seems easier to deal with. You;d be satisfying both sides of the fence.
Bring the animals back too? Or make them spawnable via a toggle switch
I'd love to have more minerals such as emeralds, sapphires and rubies. And a use for them too.. (not like lapis lazuli)
And leveling should give skill points that could be used in skills like stamina and strength.
Wouldn't mind NPC villages and dragons too :smile.gif:
I want horses that u can tame and ride, like mo creatures :] And better charachter customization, Like hair, tails, wings, clothes and maybe different races, That would make minecraft feel like my own game!
i hope in 1.9...:
*ALOT less lag
*Endermen are more tough and have a chance to drop the block they are holding
*NPCs in the villages
*Endermen have their own sounds (similar to the whispers in the fanmade video)
*NOTCH BOSS/NPC :biggrin.gif:(able to turn off)
*Custom difficultys (creature whitelist/blacklist (controls what spawns)and choose if your
*Skeletons can charge bows
*Creepers have a little bit bigger explosion range
*Skills of course! Why else would you get xp?(Mining faster,Hunger bar goes down slower, chances to drop 2 of the block you break ETC.)(those where only thoughts)
*and finally XP orbs almost instantly travel to the player who killed the monster (if you arent close enough you still get the XP orbs)
-Books can be read to increase XP when that whole system gets implemented.
-Dragons would be freakin' sweet.
-XP gives skill such as:
.Sprint w/o affecting hunger
.Double blocks when mining
.Higher punch damage
-Fix the painting on giant mushroom problem. For me when I made my house in a giant mushroom and put a painting on the mushroom wall, the painting was pitch black. When I put it on wood it was fine though...
-Zombie flesh eaten at night temporarily turns you into a zombie.
-Have the ender pearls do something like keep Endermen from becoming aggressive.
-Make saddles craftable!
-NPCs and slightly more common villages. I have yet to find one in 1.8.
-Different minerals would be interesting. Add salt or something and be able to craft more elaborate foods.
At the moment I can't think of a whole lot more, but I think these would be some pretty cool additions.
In 1.9 I think that the skills and experience should be like mcMMO. Without the unnecessary "Axes" skill. And maybe swimming would be like walking horizontally so you weren't just jumping in and out of the water constantly making the annoying splash sound.
