Yo Brochacho, that's your internal IP address. Go to www.whatsmyip.org and use that one. You internal IP is useless because it is what your computer uses to connect to your router.

My server was having problems, so I just didn't link any IPs to the server properties file. And it worked.

No, because every different type of internal IP. So for say I have a NetGear N RangeMax router, my Internal IP would be 192.168.1.1. But my IP is 99.117.34.94. If you had the same type of router, your Ip would be the same as mine.
BTW, I got a new router from AT&T so that was just an example.
Ok, I see something there that I had problems with to. Try getting rid of server-port. Meaning erase the ''25565''.
With my server, after I did that, it worked.
