I've done quite a bit with mine carts(see sig), but I can't say I really have any experience with junctions, as I only have one direct place to go with most of my transit systems. Perhaps you should look up a minepedia article?
From the looks of it, you're trying to make a "ramp" type track piece into a switchable junction track piece. Just so you know, it isn't possible.
Well, it is, but you can't switch it back to a ramp (as demonstrated in your video). Therefore, I would suggest moving the junction one block to the left (away from the ramp) so that it's no longer affected. There's no other way I know that can circumvent this rule. Sorry.
The ramp is not a ramp jsut a high railway. in the end of the high railway the minecart falls down and then goes up again , loops , and get backs to the high railway ( the side of it) as demonstrated in the vid , i'm trying to make the high rail way to be straight and when the minecart presses the pressure plate it changes , i've put the pressure plate there jus to show you , orginally it's far away from there.
I dont really udnerstand you guys , can someone try to make it? i'll provide the save/world.
Thanks

As was said, you can't switch a track section to an incline piece from a flat piece. Track switching is from one curve to another curve and back.
You need to have the incline reach the ground, then have a curve onto the side track. When you come to that section from the left, the cart will hop onto the curve and continue up the hill. Then the curve can be switched with whatever method you use so that the cart turns off onto the side track instead.
Watch for yourself :
I hope someone can help me

Hope that solves your problem!
