Your name is BILL. It is a cold and windy December afternoon. In fact, it's damn cold. You miss your cigarettes (and shotgun). There's no civilization for miles around. It's okay though, as a 'Nam vet, you can last days out here in the cold. Plus, judging by the halo on your head, you're technically already canonically dead, so that should lengthen your life a little more.
Your HELICOPTER crashed six hours ago far off in the distance, and you were left stranded. Zoey, Francis, and Louis all went their separate ways looking for supplies, and here you are, alone. It's a brand new day in... Wherever the hell you are.
Your BACKPACK is firmly attached to your back and you are ready to adventure. It hasn't started to snow yet, but it probably will soon, so direct yourself with "Bill:" and start doing something before it gets cold! You should probably check your pockets first, you never know what might have survived the crash.
Bill: When you wake up from your drug fueled stupor, you find yourself miles away, with what is apparently sheep guts all over yourself. Your inventory is completely full of gravel. What a day...

For the sweet love of god, I am on my knees praying to heaven that this is a troll.
You check your pockets. Inside you find some log blocks, your lighter, a few lit cigarettes that you suppose could be used as torches in an emergency, your melee weapon (though your shotgun is gone), a fishing rod, and, uh...
What's up with the CD? You'll have to find out sometime. For now it's just taking up space.
You have a word with some of the locals but they don't seem to want to listen to you. You kindly ask them where the nearest teleporter is but they all moo and oink rudely back at you in response.
You suppose you should start building a house soon. You don't have much wood but you're sure you could build a hut or something and expand it from there. Suggest a type of house, use your imagination! You've got a lot of time to build, and that's a good thing!
> idly wonder why cigarettes are lit and where the wood came from
> build chicken coop for adorable chicken
You picked up your wood back at the Hospital after Zoey bent over to get a medkit. The sight of her buns of steel gave you quite the wood and you've been unable to shake it off ever since, but hey, at least now it has a use!
As for the cigarettes, they're always lit. You frequently have to find new pockets to keep them in because they burn holes in your pants. Notch is going to fix them being always lit soon, though you have no idea who or what a Notch is.
You make a makeshift chicken shelter with the little wood you have and light it with a few cigarette-torches.
Unfortunately, the chickens have vacated the area.
> scout surroundings for renewable resources and/or slave labor, like orphans or perhaps zombies
> contemplate the parser's ability to understand complex input
Alas, poor you. Nowhere to go and no chickens to hang out and reminisce about Vietnam with.
You'll go scouting for supplies in a little bit. For now you just survey the immediate surroundings. There's a floating tree from the couple extra wood you needed to build the shelter. You wish Notch (whoever he is) would just fix the leaves not going away already, what an eyesore. You could even go so far as to say--
You are now Francis. You hate everything, and you mean EVERYTHING. Except vests. And Zoey. She's cool you guess. GodDAMN, it's cold. It's already started to snow since you left your comrades behind to go look for something to do. You miss Zoey and maybe Louis and Bill a little.
You've built a shelter out of the little bit of stone in your pocket and are wondering what to do next. In fact, you've got quite a royalty in stone as far as it goes for just starting out, though you haven't checked your inventory for a while.
There is a lighter, a big mass of stone, a few tools of varying quality, some cigs you stole off of Bill when he wasn't looking, and a record. You don't remember picking the record up, but it's green and green is a cool color, so you don't immediately toss it into the lake. What do you do?

Just wanted to say Bill looks cool. and the texture pack.
You set the surrounding forest on fire in celebration. Some people just want to watch the world burn, and you're one of them!

Build gigantic sweet-ass tower with surrounding castle walls. Look around from top of tower.
You make a big old shitty looking tower and scale it, hoping to find something remotely interesting in the distance. It uses up the rest of your stone.
Hmm... An island! You don't hate islands as far as you know! Maybe there'll be babes and booze!
There seems to be some mainland over by that fire that-you-don't-know-how-it-started.
Shitty frozen water over in the other direction, but it looks walkable. Maybe there'll be some shelter on the other side of the lake?
So, what'll it be, sweet island, flat mainland, or shitty frozen water?
Actually, Francis specifically stated he hated islands.
I mean, I'm just saying.
>abandon all civilization, go to the island and begin work on a huge signal tower.
Screw this, you're bored. You head toward the island, though you remember now that you've always hated islands with the small exception of the ones that have chicks and booze on them, and hopefully this one has both!
The trek across the ice is long and boring.
FINALLY! Now all you have to do is scale the cliff. All you have to do is pull out your expert cliff climbing kit that you picked up in Philadelphia and--
Well, ****. You forgot, your inventory is basically bare.
AND it'll be night soon! What crappy luck! Now what?
