Will zombies/Skellies burn through glass?

I kinda want to make a glass ceiling to my monster trap so I can watch them burn better. Will it work?

Monster spawners won't spawn anything when light is near them. If you flow enemies out into light, then yes, I think it will kill them. There is no discrepancy between sun light and a light as bright as the sun.

Has to be sunlight. But, I'm not sure if that would be affected by the glass. I don't think it would.
