Before, shadows cast by overhanging cliffs at night were at full darkness only two blocks from the light source. Now they are at full darkness when they are four blocks from the light source.
yeah caves should be darker and imo the night's brightness should change depending on a random variable so that it has a chance to be darker or lighter depending on the variable the game decides to choose for that night (so its SOMETIMES safe to come out at night =p) and yes on the caves part. try walking into your bathroom and use your towel to block the gap at the bottom of your door. turn off the lights spin a few times (DO NOT COUNT OR TRY TO STAY ORIENTED (falling down is optional) and try to find the light switch again! =p)
*edit* and before anyone gets lost in their bathrooms remember to bring a flashlight or something <.<

Science might be an annoying b***h, but Magic is her slutty, drug-addicted cousin. Who enjoys screwing with your head.
Anyone else noticing this?
EDIT: Scratch that, caves aren't any darker. How sad. :sad.gif:

What to do, what to do...
Hi
Well it's not like people can't see in the dark in real life.
Out and around above ground? Sure!
In caves? Not so much.
