Hi all. I searched both the forums and google but couldn't find a related problem.
Sometimes in Minecraft it wont let me place blocks next to other blocks. For example, while trying to build a tower, using the "edging" method to expand the level I'm standing on, it wont let me place blocks off the edge of other blocks.
Nope, good ole cobblestone :smile.gif: I right click the side of said block and nothing happens. Though when I try to build on TOP of said block, it works. It's aggravating me.
I should also note that I was up extremely high, near/above the clouds. (I could build HIGHER, but not further sideways, EAST in particular. It was really odd and it's preventing me from building my "sphere" top for my tower.
Never happened to me either. It is probably "Him" that is removing the block and placing it in your inventory as soon as you place it. Turn around and kill him, and you should be fine.

Herobrine does not exist. He is not in the code anywhere, there is not a faintest mention of a mob like this. Herobrine does not exist. All encounters are hoaxed and are clearly hoaxed. Some are good hoaxes, but still fake.
maybe you're at the edge of your map?
or maybe your computer is just too slow
Neither is true :smile.gif:
It's like this
Layer A is below layer B. I'm standing on Layer A, high up in the sky, trying to expand layer A sideways by using the "edge technique"
I can successfully place a block on the edge of any block on layer B in a certain direction (east), but not A, which is only 1 layer away on Z axis. I've tried many things: restart minecraft, delete the block, replace it, then try to edge off the new block, etc. Nothing is working :sad.gif: It's the weirdest thing ever.
This did happen to be with wooden stairs.
When I go crotch crouch down on the block and lean over the edge, the block under me starts flickering extremely fast and won't let a block placed on it.
Also you can somehow break blocks behind it when it flickers.

Anyone else experienced this?

I've never had this, and it is very serious;
I would contact Notch if I were you.

lol @ crotch :smile.gif:
anyways, **** notch:3. he'll know what to do
Hold left-shift to sneak, and then move right off the platform so you can see the edge of it better, making it easier to place your block.

Apply directly to the forehead.
Tried it my friend, but it didn't work either. The video I linked you isn't the best example, I just did it quick to show you what my problem is.
I tested more z-axis layers, and it turns out, after a certain height, I cant' "edge" any further in that certain direction, no matter what.
What the ef? :sad.gif:
lol am i the only one who caught this joke?
No sir, i loled irl dont worry xD
=not placeable
