Does anyone know when the update will come out?

I haven't seen anything about a set date but the way the snapshots are looking, I would guess very soon. But I'm sure someone out there that constantly watches everyone at Mojang's twitter and facebook and will have a more precise answer on when it will be released.

Janurary/Febuary. That was said at Minecon I think.

It comes out the day we all die.

Let's try not to rush the release date. This update is probably one of the ones that needs to be done right the most.

I believe Mojang said sometime around the end of January/mid February was when they were hoping to get it out, but I could be wrong.

They said January/February, but I'm pretty sure it'll end up being February.

i agree redstone can get complicated and i really hope they get this right because i've been looking forward to it for a long time

I estimate at least a month before it is released.

I would say, About the first quarter of February, Alot of us want 1.5, but we must be patient
They work hard and as fast they can, I don't mind if minecraft wasn't updated for a while, I would understand.

I heard that is is suppose to come out first week of February but that could be false. I just hope it comes out soon!

Keep waiting. If you can wait, it will be here. And if you want to see more of the features, test the snapshots.

i heard it would come out near valentines day (feb 14) but im not too sure

1.5 looks good.

when 1.5 comes out, my mall, my temple, my house. and my traps shall be complete. also, who thinks 2.0 is going to be awesome XD
