OKAY GUYS SERIOUSLY SORRY FOR ALL CAPS BUT THIS IS GETTING REDICULOUS
BOUGHT THIS GAME THROUGH PAYPAL LITERALLY 30 DAYS AGO. SITE SAID TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH BUT THEN SERVER SENT BACK ERROR. MULTPLE SUPPORT REQUESTS/FORUM POSTS AND NOT ONE EMAILS/ANSWER TO SUPPORT THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE AT BEST. I HAVE /SENT TRANSACTION IDS AND EVEN REQUESTED REFUND IF IT WAS EASIER AND HAVE RECIEVED ABSOULTELY NO ANSWERS . I I LOVE MINECRAFT SINGLE PLAYER AND JUST WANTED TO PLAY ONLINE FOR GODS SAKE OR AT LEAST GET MY MONEY BACK AND I HAVE RECIEVED NEITHER MOJANG AFTER A MONTH OF PATIENTLY WAITING/ REPEATEDLY QUERYING I DESERVE SOME SORT OF ANSWER!! !! !!!!
Okay Sorry about the delay In a response. First of all there has been a lack of support on the forums that has been corrected recently. Second of all to start with sending multiple support requests to Mojang is what is slowing down your progress. this doesn't help it really makes it ten times more difficult every time you send another request. Mojang has also been months behind their support as they haven't been able tof ind trustworthy applicants to manage their support team. Their support team totals at 5 right now two are in training and three two are working full time and the fifth is training the other two. they literally went from forty e-mails a day to getting 400 and are having a difficult time catching up however they are doing so. Now when did you send your first request and when did yo send your most recent request and roughly how many in between?
Thx for the reply, after reading other threads I too heard of the Mojang support stagg shortage. I can understand why trust worthiness is a priority . Bought the game on Feb 9th according to paypal. I sent my first support request roughly a week after buying it and waiting like the FAQ said so around the 16th is when I first sent out for support. Probably sent a new one roughly each week after for 3 weeks until in the last one I just ask for a refund to possibly try again. At this point I don't care which I get but I'd obviously prefer the premium account I paid for
Looking forward to a response from Mojang when they can get to it as well as everyone else's as I know I'm not the only one with the issues.

I've had the same problem as the others, Tried support email twice now and am now watching my bank account, since the payment was taken but i've yet to recieve anything for my money.
~A small comment, I'd appriciate at the very least an automated message that the message was recieved and that something will eventually be done, just a thought.~
I am having the same problem, was able to play for a few hours, tried to play the next day, and the User not Premium showed. This is very irritating. I hope this can be fixed soon, I have sent ONE help email, and have yet to see a response. It would be greatly appreciated if you could at least RESPOND telling me that you received the plea for help.
