Someone will have to test this out. I believe some time ago Vechs showed that zombie pigment were dumb enough not to avoid obstacles in their way during pursuit. Maybe they just changed this?
But if it's the stupid new "improved" AI, I will be annoyed. Very.

Alrighty guys- here's the first dungeon for a full-size CTM map I'm working on, in the Monster Hunter style (no fleecy boxes- instead you have fleecy headed monsters XD). Vechs pioneered this CTM style with Black Desert 2. He did a bad job of it and I have decided to do it properly.
It's the White Wool dungeon, so it'll be the easiest area in the map (maybe besides brown, who knows haha). The map shall be predominately open-world, beyond the first area (which serves as a rather brutal introduction to the CTM map).
Please leave me feedback on the area- concerns, recommendations on anything to do with it. AND DO NO COPY ANYTHING FROM THE MAP. I MADE IT ALL MYSELF AND WOULD BE EXTREMELY ANGRY TO FIND THAT SOMEONE NICKED IT. Thank you

Wow, that looks fantastic. I'm downloading it now, and I'll play it as soon as I can get the snapshots to not lag massively. I have confidence that you'll be able to make what will be the first great monster hunter CTM!

Okay guys I've got big news. My map will be entering beta testing tomorrow (or today, or two days from now. Depending on your time zone). The people who wanted to beta test from this thread from the last time I asked are (if I forgot you sorry):

If anybody that I didn't mention (or forgot) wants to beta test the map feel free to say so. I'll send a PM to you beta testers once the map is released. Also just doing a few of the areas and then a fly-through isn't a beta test, and thus you can't be a tester if you plan on doing that (sorry orchard). Here's a few screenshots which I think show the map nicely:

You didn't read the entire thing. I said that doing as you said a few of the areas and then a fly through isn't a beta test (no offense) and you said that that was what you were planning on doing. If you changed your mind and you wanna do the entire thing, please PM me.

...I didn't. My dad set up my Gmail account, like, when I was in 5th or 6th grade, and based the name on his email account's name format, which he chose because everything else was taken. It's a convoluted mismatch of my IRL name. It stuck (or rather, I never bothered to change it, *then* it stuck).
Even though the areas might have changed, I don't like how the 1st and 3rd areas look. At all. They're almost unbearingly empty, and have both obvious brushes and lack block variation. 2nd one looks good though, seems like it would have a great atmosphere.
As long as the gameplay's good, I have no objections to aesthetics. As long as infinity isn't obviously putting in little to no effort, it's all good.

You really need to add structures and erode those open areas more. Also the endstone kinda looks bad, you might consider making it sandstone. .3.

Hey guys, a CTM map I've been working on, Sector: Open Sky, has recently gone into open beta. I would love feedback on the map as it is so that I can declare it complete. Here's a couple of screenies for your viewing pleasure:
Your aesthetical style in buildings works great with an open sky environment. I would suggest doing an underground map next to see what you can make/refine with terrain.
