Not sure if anyone else is having an issue, but when I go to mine the compressed cobble after it's been placed it doesn't seem to want to break the block. (no, I'm not referring to the extended mining time... that was awesome and logical.) Can break them with creative, but with conventional mining it breaks, then puts it back like it's been world-guarded or something. (no, not using world guard, using Forge, latest for 1.5.2 and latest copy of Extra Utils in an SMP environment, issues not happening with any other blocks being broken)
Why would you build with compressed cobble? there's plenty of mods out there that'll dye stone and such.
Granted, it's still a bug - but still.
@RWTema: Any chance of an updated pre-release soon? I really need sorted pipes

Ever build a house out of blocks that took 43 million blocks each to acquire? I run a survival server... it'd pretty much be a mark of just how active and world destroying people are, LOL.
So Extra Utilities seems to have crashed my game and now I can't even get back into the world that crashed.
I had just set up a Transfer node to pull apples and saplings out of a chest, set up a sorting pipe to sort the apples to the squeezer and saplings to the fermenter (from Forestry) and realized that instead of feeding directly into the fermenter, I wanted to feed into a chest and hopper to the fermenter. When I broke the pipe and put down the chest, my game crashed and I am unable to reload that world.
I think this is the relevant part of the crash report:

Edit to Add: Luckily I was able to save my world by uninstalling Extra Utilities and loading the world, then reinstalling Extra Utilities and reloading the world without any crashes, though I did lose all my ExtraUtils items.
Edit to Add 2: Nevermind. The Sorting Pipe seems to be the problem. Used NEI to get things set up as they were before, and when the Transfer node found the proper location to drop off the saplings, the game crashed again.
Last Edit, Hopefully: I was using version 0.2.4d and doing two bad things, apparently. The chest had a solid block above it and the sorting pipe had empty slots. Updated to 0.2.4g and everything is rainbows and unicorns for now.

In 1.5.2 (granted, it may be different in 1.6.2) I can pipe mulch in to the left side of the Fermenter with EU. Have you tried that?
It's like... adding alternatives the laggier and less reliable parts of many tech mods, while also introducing a range of incredibly useful features for almost all players. The best part is that it doesn't change the feel of the game.
You should add a replacement for the RedPower Deployer - a dispenser that simulates the player right clicking with the item. This, for example, lets the block hoe the ground and plant crops automatically, use bonemeal on crops, scoop up liquid blocks (empty bucket in inventory), and so on.
I'm playing FTB Unleashed v1.1.3 and it seems that my transfer nodes get stuck occationally, I've got 4 transfer nodes with 19 speed upgrades each, and when they get a full stack of items in them, they can't find a valid place to put it. I should also say that im using filter pipes going into deep storage units

I have a suggestion for the Creative Builder's Wand: while sneaking, instead of placing the blocks in the being drawn, punch in the opposite direction, just destroying the blocks (for example, if you are facing the top side of the block, the area would be draw at y+1 from the previous block. Instead of placing the blocks in y+1, destroy the blocks in y). Would help a lot to do the rough building in large projects.
Using 0.3 prerelease 2 with NEI 1.6.0.5: several ExtraUtilities blocks give no recipe when the R key (default for "show recipe") is pressed while hovering the mouse over them in the inventory, and pressing U (default "show uses in recipes" key) hovering over those same items causes a crash.
Items I've tried this with in particular: Green Screen, Ethereal Glass, Sonar Goggles, Trading Post.
Seems as though your mediafire was flagged for malware by Microsoft in the last 12-18 hours. If anyone gets this message, it's an error/false positive deal. Just disable SmartScreen if you have it, and continue downloading. Files are clean (no guarentee on mediafire ads and adlinks, don't F*** with those).
I just went and generated one by pressing U over the Trading Post. (Note that the Trading Post does show its recipe with R, so my guess that they're related is probably off)...
... But before pressing "Add Reply" I hesitated and decided to see if there was an update for NEI that somehow fixed this. I updated CodeChickenCore from 0.9.0.1 to 0.9.0.3 and NEI from 1.6.0.5 to 1.6.1.2, and it works fine! (Nice guide feature when pressing U, by the way.)
So it looks like there's an undocumented dependency on a particular NEI version or greater. For completeness, here's the crash log from before updating CCC and NEI, if you still want to dig through it to figure out backwards compatibility, maybe for people running modpacks with older versions of NEI or something:
uhm, so. the enderthermic pump. deos it HAVE to be powered with buildcraft engines? because the main reason, i installed the mod, was to get my hands on a liquid pump, that doesnt require me to have buildcraft installed.
so far, as ive noticed, buildcraft seems to be the only mod, that gives us access to a liquid gathering block.
so if its not possible to use the block without buildcraft engines, would be nice if we could change that to just a redstone signal. i dont care, if the gathering speed would be much lower without an engine.
tech mods dont really fit into my low-tech/adventure/magic themed world, but i would still like to have some sort of automated way to collect liquids.
would just be nice, to have something, if you dont need a terrible large amount of liquids, but still a steady supply.
Why would you build with compressed cobble? there's plenty of mods out there that'll dye stone and such.
Granted, it's still a bug - but still.

Can it only be found in a Dungeon (near a monster spawner) or also in:
so far, as ive noticed, buildcraft seems to be the only mod, that gives us access to a liquid gathering block.
so if its not possible to use the block without buildcraft engines, would be nice if we could change that to just a redstone signal. i dont care, if the gathering speed would be much lower without an engine.
tech mods dont really fit into my low-tech/adventure/magic themed world, but i would still like to have some sort of automated way to collect liquids.
would just be nice, to have something, if you dont need a terrible large amount of liquids, but still a steady supply.
