(I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong section very new to the forums)
So now to the point.
I've been trying to download Minecraft Forge, but I keep having the same problem.
It keeps saying that the liabries aren't able to be downloaded. Specifically it says
"These libaries failed to download. Try again. org.scala-lang:scala-libary:2.10.2,org.scala-lang:scala-complier:2.10.2
I never had this problem before, I had forge before and it wouldn't happen, but ever since the 1.6.4 update I've just had tons of problems with my Minecraft and Forge. Please help!!
I'm trying to install on Ubuntu 12.04. I did a fresh install of the MC launcher, got the latest Forge intaller, etc. When I go to the /libraries/org.... folder in .minecraft it seems that the two files are, in fact, there. I tried downloading the files manually and replacing the existing ones, this made no difference. The Forge option still doesn't show up in the launcher. I tried installing Forge for 1.6.2, same result. Judging by my research, this mostly seems to be a Mac/Linux issue. Seems like it's something pretty simple, but I'm baffled.

Would love to get this sorted out!

Very simple, just download the replacement libraries and merge (not replace) with your existing libraries folder.
How would you merge it?
