Okay, so the yogbox says that this mod is in their mod pack. However, it is not. Should I try to install it, or just leave it?
EITHER:
The guys running the Yogbox haven't updated that list.
The guys over at the Yogbox are being malicious evil people again and not asking permission
The guys asked for permission, but got rejected and are doing it out of spite.
My guess is that they just haven't gotten around to updating that list yet, the mod is not intended to run along side the Yogbox either, apparently it causes a lot of conflicts, they also touched a few raw nerves with the developers of ExtraBiomes too, Just know that if you seek help here about installing on top of the Yogbox, you miiiight get a little hate.
Go back and re-install it. but this time do it in this order:
Modload > Forge > ExtraBiomesXL (> RPG Expansion)
(Yes, I had saw it before you removed it, this is valid advice!)
Oh, and your [spoiler ] tags would work, but you put your \ the wrong way, it's ' / '.
I see the bug got fixed
Nice work
Any chance u can updated the first post and make the item/block list have pics+info?
Would be usefull
And it would promote it alot(I scrolled past this mod a 100 times but didn't want to download it cause didn't know what it did exactly. Now I do and love it)
Grzzz

FWIW, I disagree. The blocks are not important as they are only aesthetic. The BIOMES are the thing, man!
I'm laughing over the fact that someone came across a mod called "Extrabiomes" with LOTS of screenshots of the biomes and they didn't know what the mod did because the blocks had no images...
Minecraft has stopped running because it encountered a problem.

older version.... Do you think its crashing because I was using 1.16 with the latest rpg mod, and then switched over to 1.18? (i downgraded to 1.16 because 1.17 was unplayable due to the decorating issue. So I decided to get an early start on my world with 1.16 and the latest rpg one, and then wiped my jar when 1.18 came out and did a fresh install of all the mods including the latest mods.)

Dunno. I just know that bug has been fixed in the current versions.
This isn't compatible with Terrain Control is it?
I installed Modloader: Worked fine
I installed Forge: Worked fine
I installed Extra Biomes XL: Tested it in new world and it worked fine.
I installed the Extra Biomes Addon: Again, I tested it and it worked fine.
Finally I installed Terrain Control, which worked on a fresh Minecraft install earlier today, and I get a black screen when I go to make a world with the Terrain Control option. Maybe I'm wrong about the compatability, but I would like to know if anyone else has used Terrain Control or anything of the sort with Extra Biomes XL? I mean it sure would be nice to be able to make my Biomes larger so I don't run out of biome room in a certain biome themed area where I'm building.
*And actually I can't create any kind of world with Terrain Control installed. Just found out :/
I personally don't think you should install Yogbox...so I say leave it...
When release 2.0 comes out, you can use the API to add any biome you like!
You can follow the progress of the API here: http://www.assembla....ubversion/nodes
It would be cool if you mode a deep ocean biome!
EITHER:
Looks like soon the answer for added biomes will be a good old "Do it yourself". =P
Ain't it interesting how things work out...
If I were a betting man, I'd bet something went wrong...

I'm glad you tried it out and like the mod!
Paste it in a spoiler tag, silly!

Go to their threads and get assistance?
Do you have the recommended version of Forge?
Do you have any other mods running?
Not going to be able to help you without one of these!
(Find out how to get an Error ^ here)
