i'm still wondering if simple ores, will come out on bukkit, i think it's possible because WW2 guns vehicles and stuff does. but maybe simple pres is different.
Yes, bukkit. I have to agree on the fact that it would be AWESOME if this could be bukkit compatible. However, I have no idea how to do that, so it will take me a long time before it happens.
Also, this is for anyone interested in any modding progress, etc. from any of my mods, whether that be the upcoming Netherrocks mod, addition and changes to SimpleOres, etc. I would like to let you know the following:
Since it is currently the school year, and I am in my final year of highschool, I have minimal time for modding at the moment. Week days are taken up by school, homework, study and playing some games just to wind down. When I get home from school each day, I really am not in the mood to do any serious modding.
This only leaves my weekends free, and quite often I am busy on one or both days of the weekend, further preventing me from doing any modding. This means that I have very little time for modding at the moment, I'm afraid. I wish it wasn't that way, but right now school takes priority over coding, so that is what happens. It is currently the third week of the first term of school, so I have another 7 weeks and then it will be school holidays for 2 weeks. THAT is when I will do some more serious modding, probably spending many hours coding, etc. Between then and now though, I can only get the odd couple of hours in every now and then.
What this means for you is that for the moment, updates and releases will be few and far between, unfortunately. Of course, if serious issues come up, such as major bugs with SimpleOres, I will get to fixing them and updating the mod as fast as possible, but any major changes and additions will be slow to be released.

This is the greatest new ore adding mod EVER. In one mining trip, i found 10 diamonds, about 50 mythril, and about 20 adamantium. I found alot of silver and other ores, but I didn't bother to mine em. Now I have a full suit of mythril armor, and adamantium tools, soon will be traveling to the nether for onyx, wish me luck! :biggrin.gif:

Hey I found out that this is not compatible with twilight forest mod and optifine, so if could try to find a way to fix that would be great because I deeply love optifine (love to zoom in (idk why) and patches easily). But a great mod that adds a well needed bridge between some of the ores.

See i installed everything right with the right versions, It worked, i went on the server, everything worked
But soon as i go into gamemode 1 and try to use some of the mod items i get instant kicked with message "End of stream"
And this came up in the console,

I Found out my problem, There's Minecraft_server.exe and jar, i started it with the exe, DONT, Make a textfile with the xmx **** in it, and start it with that.

Okay so who can confirm for me whether or not this works with Optifine? And I don't even know what Twilight Forest is, but if you can tell me whether or not it works with that then that would be helpful.

it is literally the same code with only a few changes. Its not setup like a plugin, it is just slightly changed to work with the minecraft forge and modloaderMP that have been ported to bukkit. Once i get home ill send the non compiled versions to you. Add me on skype if you want. Skype = DV8FromTheWorld
Someone can help me i cant install mods with forge, appers in the screen saving chunks and then black screen.
But i tried this mod on mc 1.0.0 and its one of my favourites
Could you give a detailed description of how you installed Forge and this mod and any other mods you may have installed? Also remember that Forge itself needs ModLoader and ModLoaderMp, and so does SimpleOres.

Retired StaffCould you give a detailed description of how you installed Forge and this mod and any other mods you may have installed? Also remember that Forge itself needs ModLoader and ModLoaderMp, and so does SimpleOres.
