Im not sure how to add mod support; but even if I did would it work with a 8bit pack?
Yeah, it'd work fine, I can do a basic port and send it to you but to get reflections, bumpmapping and parallax occlusion it will require more skill than I have.

Wow, normally I just get a texture pack and use it for 5 mins than it gets old. This one how ever, I love it! I like everything about it! Except for the sheeps face :S Im not too sure about me liking it or not but I need a better look at it before I judge, Any way, Do I have ur permission to turn this into a Pocket Edition Texture pack? I enjoy PE very much and would love to use this!
Alright I would like to review this texture pack but before I do that, there are some bugs I would like to be fixed Earlier I said something about my mums house PC not running properly with this texture pack but I soon found its with all PC's. The screenshots show mob skins but my mob skins are still the default, plus i have no recticle. ( The cross in the centre ) And both torches textures are slightly moves messing up the 3d effect plus the red stone torch texture has 2 white pixels coloured on the top corners. This is un-pleasing because I really look forward into an update Next, the cactuses textures make it look partly invisible. Also, would you be able to make water and lava animate and add 8x8 particles and maybe wheater?. I hate to leave this here but could u also make tools, foods, and others 8x8? And the anvil has a purple (missing) texture. The ice texture is improper. (Blue squear with uneven line on one side). and Signs and paintings are still the same :(. The fire texture is a red square but the glass texture is perfect. I would like to see in a future update, a better texture for ice (solid color). The nether portals are blue and Im not sure about the end ones. Lastly, the mob spawners texture is a cage with 2 sides missing and the cake has a floating side If you were to fix all these problems I would give a perfect 5 star rating Please listen to this, for this is my favorite texture pack

I was aware of the torches, and I knew the signs and paintings were the same. As for the rest, THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW! I will get to work now. Look forward to BiTLY V8 (Build 022-F) Late tonight or early tomorrow!
This is the final build of the version that has been in Beta for two months now.
Here's some info about it:
- Some new Items. Not textured- Just resized.
- Fixed textures.
- No pricks on the cacti. Will fix later.
- New Mob Spawner texture
- New Anvil texture
- NEW Redstone texture

I have to say, this texturepack is not 8-bit like you said in the first post. 8-bit only allows 4 colors for a sprite, counting transparency, meaning 4 colors a tile and 3 colors for most items.
I've been working on my own 8x8 for awhile and I have to say.. the tiles for this look barely detailed or overly detailed. A lot of the tiles look more like the default textures scaled down to fit 8x8.
It also takes away the low-res or 8-bit feeling when you use high-res buttons on the title screen.
