If you are looking at this post, then I presume that you are at least somewhat interested in our upcoming server, FPC: Enderruption.
We have huge goals ahead for our server, and FPC: Enderruption is currently in development. I'm the person who takes charge of plugin management and some of the map creation. Two other staff members are solely creating the maps. But to keep up with the pace of the map creation, we will need some builders.
Now when I talk about builders, what I emphasize isn't about building towers and schematics and such (but they're always very good to have!) What we emphasize is how the map affects the gameplay and mechanics of the server. Our server is planned to be a dedicated PvE server, and when building, we always ask questions:
•How would I make the terrain more dangerous?
•How could the biome provide challenges for players?
•What dungeons and other structures are suitable in this region?
•Conversely, how would the terrain promote players' behavior?
In our couple of maps we created, we considered these questions and planned ahead on how to make the map, to provide a better PvE experience for players.
Builders will gain privileges to contribute structures and such to the the server, and when closed beta is released, will gain further privileges.

What type of builds are you specialized at: Mostly Nordic/Medieval kingdom sort of things, but I really have my own style for anything I do.
Any experience in builds: Of course, but I usually don't finish what I start for various reasons. I've done several large builds on xbla simply because I have access to more people to build with.
Examples of your builds(Pictures if possible): Large Templar city(can't get pics at this time, server's off), started underwater city(unfinished but I'll post lighthouse at the bottom), Beach cove resort house thing, many more

Also, what's the theme or story? Building style? etc
This lighthouse looks a lot better than it looks in the pic, cobble and stone brick look too similar

The danger we are talking about is.. well, think about Vechs maps. Lack of resources / lots of dark areas / huge cliffs / etc. are some basic things I can think of. If needed, plugins could be used (for example, blizzards in a tundra biome). So what we want to build is more along the lines of terrain and some structures (abandoned settlements / dungeons / huge caves / etc), though some buildings, bridges, or some other builds could work in towns.
We need 9 1024x1024 maps of different biomes, thus having a map of 3072x3072. We already have some biomes done. Each biome, preferably, would have their own sets of challenges and advantages. The theme here is PvE, really. Something that makes players really think to be able to live.
If you need a simple example, one of our biomes is a swampland biome. These have huge trees in them, so that a person can traverse pretty easily; but the mass amount of leaves make the areas dark, perfect for spawning mobs. The map emphasizes players to build above ground, and play somewhat differently than what they may have experienced before.
If you want the lore; in a nutshell, ender viruses corrupted mobs, which makes them stronger and overrun the world, leaving only a few settlements (one in each biome) alive. Having said that, though, I wouldn't recommend making the server enderman based (like enderman shrines or something), as I have plans for that later.

I made a underground base the desert map, theres 9 map btw if you read the server's main page.
