The point is not the money. It's that you should be spending every penny at getting the best possible components and not just air. Building a PC is really easy you just got to be careful with static electricity and even if you're absolutely sure you don't want to do it yourself there's companies that can also assemble you the PC from parts for a reasonable price.

yea it is actually, 660ti is rubbish, the i7 is stupid to the point of insanity since it's designed for super high end 3d modeling and rendering, can't be overclocked, overpriced to hell and back and the motherboard is $200 more then a normal 1155 motherboard and you wont even use half its features

still wont be used, GPU is far more important for rendering anymore then CPU depending on program, if you need an i7 get a 3770k, the extremes are overpriced for what you want, hell an i5 is still fast enough you wont be able to tell the difference
