Best specs is a little subjective, hard drive space is a luxury, you can have as much as you want to spend money on, monitors always come in "more and bigger" varities, they also aren't really a spec. RAM is about limited to the biggest motherboard you can get, along with the CPU. I mean really you can strap 4 video cards too, there's so many varieties and different specializations of things that it is hard to say anything is "best."
Uh, no, it's awful. If I was getting a 7K computer, I'd get something like this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/oZIc
That with a full water cooling system, or a Phanteks PH-TC14PE, with a Quad SLI.

I was wondering if these are the best computer specs that money can buy.
Note: I did not create the list. I just found it.
that build in a nutshell:
i5-4690K @4.6GHz ~ ASRock Z97X Fatal1ty Killer ~ EKWB Supremacy MX ~ Watercooled SLI STRIX 970s
Project RedShift
That's the point.
And that, my friends, is how my brain works.
I thought you said you didn't make it, you said that you found it.
And that, my friends, is how my brain works.
To explain, I said it as to show my brain likes things overly overkill. And that my friends, is my brain explained.

Oh, goodie.
It's just a factory overclocked 3960x, which has almost no improvement over the 3930k for $500 cheaper.
I thought the 690 was limited to dual SLI?
NECKBEERD FORUM
Oh yeah, I forgot that the 690 was two 680s soldiered together.
