Need help for graphics and U.S. MUTCD specifications (Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices) in a possible U.S. version of your mod?
Admittedly, I don't know much about British signs. I made a mock-up of a Hong Kong sign, which follows similar conventions and uses the same Typeface (Transport) as the UK.
I also attempted to make a Caltrans (California's) version (each state in the U.S. uses a slightly different format for sign layouts.
Anyways, here's the first sign in question:
